By applying a startup approach to product development, corporations can encourage the urgency and agility that is often hard to achieve in large entities. Andritz created an artificial intelligence platform for industrial plant automation using a structured intrapreneurship model, taking the product from concept, through prototype, to winning Goldcorp's 2019 #DisruptMining contest in under a year.
Join us in our second session of the year as we dissect this successful corporate innovation case, and discuss the opportunities, challenges, and methods in creating innovative products in established corporations.
